We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, United Arab Emirates, and select international destinations.

DELIVERY TIMES

Processing and shipping

Standard Orders

In-stock rugs are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Custom Orders

Bespoke rugs require 8-12 weeks for production, plus shipping time. We provide updates throughout the creation process.

Express Shipping

Expedited delivery options are available at checkout for select destinations.

SHIPPING COSTS

Rates and thresholds

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size. Rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $500 to US and UAE addresses.

TRACKING

Monitor your delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your rug's journey from our workshop to your doorstep.
