We offer free shipping on all orders over $500. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) is available for $29.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer standard sizes from 2'x3' to 12'x15', plus custom sizing for most collections. Check individual product pages for available sizes.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy for standard rugs. Custom-sized rugs are non-returnable. Returns must be in original condition with tags attached.
How do I care for my rug?
Regular vacuuming (without beater bar) and professional cleaning every 12-18 months will keep your rug looking beautiful. Avoid direct sunlight and rotate periodically.
What materials are your rugs made from?
Our rugs feature premium natural materials: New Zealand wool, cashmere wool blends, and natural jute. All materials are ethically sourced and hand-selected.
Do you offer custom sizing?
