Trade members receive exclusive pricing across all Kapetto collections. Exact discounts vary by product and volume. Once approved, your dedicated consultant will walk you through your pricing structure in detail.
We personally review every application and respond within 48 hours. Most applicants hear back within one business day. We may reach out for additional information about your practice if needed.
A professional license (ASID, IIDA, AIA, etc.) strengthens your application but is not required. We welcome applications from all design professionals including stagers, developers, and hospitality firms. We evaluate each application based on your body of work and professional practice.
Approved trade members can request complimentary material swatches and rug samples shipped anywhere in the US. Simply contact your dedicated consultant or use the sample request feature on any product page. Samples are typically shipped within 2-3 business days.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. For large custom orders, we can arrange a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping.
Yes. Trade members can place orders for client projects, and we can ship directly to your client's address. Your trade pricing remains confidential, and we can include branded packing materials with your firm's name on request.
Absolutely. We work with hospitality groups, developers, and commercial design firms on multi-unit projects. We offer volume pricing, project coordination, and can manage phased deliveries to align with your construction timeline.
There is no minimum order requirement for trade members. Whether you are specifying a single rug for a residential project or furnishing an entire property, you receive the same dedicated service and trade pricing.
