A: Yes, through our Fine Fibers custom program. Choose from 15 fiber types and 153+ swatches with bespoke sizing. Q: How are the rugs made? A: All rugs are handwoven in Bhadohi, India using traditional techniques: hand-knotting, hand-tufting, and hand-looming. No machines are used. Q: How thick are the rugs? A: Pile heights vary: Cashmere 15mm, Kiri Wool 14mm, Nami Wool 10mm, Sabi Jute 8mm, Yuka Wool flat-weave.

Q: How do I clean my rug? A: Vacuum gently and regularly. Professional cleaning is recommended annually. See our detailed Care Guide. Q: Will my wool rug shed? A: New wool rugs may shed initially. This is normal and diminishes within the first few months.
