What is the minimum order for custom rugs?

There is no minimum order for custom rugs. Whether you need a single bespoke piece for a residential project or multiple rugs for a hospitality installation, every order receives the same dedicated artisan attention and quality assurance.

How long do custom rugs take to produce?

Custom rugs typically require 24 to 30 weeks for production, depending on size, fiber, and construction complexity. You will receive progress updates throughout the creation process. Expedited options are available for time-sensitive projects.

Can I get a custom color match?

Yes. Our artisans can match custom colors to your specification. Send a reference swatch, Pantone code, or paint chip to Art Director Charlotte Engstrom, and our dyeing team will create a lab dip for your approval before production begins.

How is custom rug pricing calculated?

Custom rug pricing is based on the fiber selected and the total square footage. Each fiber has a per-square-foot rate reflecting its rarity and the craftsmanship required. Enter your dimensions in our swatch library for an instant estimate. Trade members receive exclusive pricing.

Can I request complimentary fiber samples?

Yes. We ship complimentary material swatches anywhere in the United States so you can experience the texture, weight, and color in person before committing to a custom order. Request samples through any swatch page or contact our team directly.
